Source of „Sinfonia“ in D major is a ms of 8 separate parts Mus.ms. 19668/1, RISM A 2, 452507636, published by Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin, SBB, Berlin. Considering the characteristics of this opus, the attribution to Alessandro Scarlatti seems a dubious one.

Caption titles are, respectively: “Cantata in risposta dell'antecedente [si riferisce alla cantata di Gasparini], fatta con Idea Umana, del Cavaliero Ales[s]andro Scarlatti”, and “Cantata à Voce sola fatta con Idea humana del Sig.r Alessandro Scarlatti”. Includes a new Aria (“Altra Aria su l'antecedente Poesia per Capriccio dell'Autore”) from ms. DM90132700095.
